A large fixed window makes a statement from the top-level of this coastal holiday home. This picture perfect window overlooking the pool and coastline, floods light into the dining room fit for a long luncheon with friends and family. The adjacent fixed and awning window combination controls how much of the rugged coastline is invited in on any given day.
Symmetry is found on the pool side of this contemporary masterpiece with windows and doors that have a similar look but different function.
The fixed window sits directly above the sliding door creating a symmetric feel to the side of the house that overlooks the pool. The sliding doors downstairs lead to the pool area from a relaxed living space. This symmetric combination above and below adds to the contemporary scene throughout.

Our bi-fold doors bring the outdoors in on the upper deck, offering the chance to soak into the rugged scene. Designed to blur the lines between in and out, the bi-fold doors stack seamlessly so the view to the deck is uninterrupted. For windswept days, the bi-folds easily and securely shut close, taming the elements yet allowing the light to pour in to the comfortable living space.
Every now and then our senses need an escape. This design invites you into the changing coastal scene, and also offers a softer retreat to gather one’s thoughts.
A fixed glass window with awning windows either side give the retreat all the natural light and ventilation it needs. This comfortable nook is a private getaway thanks to the security fixture outside. Our awning-fixed window combination let’s in the salty breezes and just enough light to make this the ideal reading spot in the day.
Neutral tones lighten the mood in Coastal Contemporary’s kitchen. The modern black and white finishes give this space a sense of simplistic drama.
The full-length window combination in the kitchen reflects sunlight on to the light-coloured benches, walls, splashback and flooring creating the illusion of more space. The fixed panel coupled with an awning window provides a spectacular ray of sunshine in the day and extra ventilation when things get cooking.
