Black aluminium double-hung and fixed windows frame the coastal views, draw in natural light, and complement the modern aesthetic throughout the home. The double-hung windows can be opened via two panels that slide up and down in the frame to fill the home with the calming sea breeze.
Botanica’s indoor/outdoor design provides the perfect laid-back coastal feel while inviting homeowners and guests to enjoy the tropical climate.
A stylish black cavity sliding door opens onto the outdoor entertaining and BBQ area from the home’s beautiful timber, stone and monochrome kitchen. The door glides out of sight to enable free flow throughout the two spaces. In the living room, a chic black bi-fold window provides sweeping coastal views and a versatile concertina-style opening.
