Light and air in a natural setting.
This is clearly what the owners of Bushland Bliss had in mind when they built their new bushland home.
And with the help of Bradnam’s windows and doors, they’ve been able to achieve just that – and more!
Surrounded on every side by the beauty of nature, Bushland Bliss has been designed to take full advantage of the sweeping views on offer.
Bradnam’s large fixed windows feature in both the living area and bedrooms. Paired with Bradnam’s sliding doors, these large expanses of glass provide floor to ceiling views of the surrounding bushland area – a stunning aspect that looks all the better thanks to the windows’ and doors’ picture-frame style frames.
In addition to showcasing the breathtaking panorama, the large fixed windows and sliding doors also flood the home with natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and creating a healthier and more comfortable home environment.
A Breath of Fresh Air
One of the attractions of bushland living is the allure of the environment – especially the fresh, untainted air.
To enjoy this aspect of bushland life, the owners have installed louvre windows throughout the home, including in the bathroom and above and beside the sliding doors. These windows can be opened to welcome fresh air into the home, while the bathroom louvres also allow for natural ventilation when the room is in use.
And for moments when the owners really want to breathe in their surroundings, the sliding doors can be fully opened to welcome fresh air, unrestricted, into the home.
Privacy in Paradise
While abundant natural light and ventilation are always a positive, sometimes they’re not the only features a room needs.
For example, the louvre windows in the Bushland Bliss bathrooms are made from obscure glass. This glass perfectly balances the need for light and air with the need for privacy.
It’s also attractive and stylish, and looks “just right” in the bathroom setting.
